• Past achievements:
  • Ranked 4th in the German Open 2008,
  • Ranked 5th in the German Open 2007,
  • Ranked 7th in RoboCup Championship 2006,
  • Scored 10 out of 10 points in the Technical Challenge during RoboCup 2006.
• Contributions to the RoboCup MSL community:
  • Former Team Leader Philipp Baer was league chair at the German Open 2008 and 2009.
  • Carpe Noctem hosted an internal workshop on “Role Assignment and Behavior Control” with three other well-known teams attending, namely Brainstomers (Osnabrück), Tech United (Eindhoven), and 1. RSC Stuttgart (formerly Cops). Workshop materials can be found here. The workshop is likely to continue and grow in the next few years.
• Regarding Mixed Teams:
  CarpeNoctem played as part of a mixed team during RoboCup 2006 in Bremen. This year, we want to play on our own if possible. In any case, collaboration with another team is only possible with adequate time to prepare.
