Carpe Noctem Plan Designer Made Public

Finally, we released Andi’s shiny Plan Designer, which we use since the German Open 2009 to devise our strategies. It’s free, it’s open source, and it’s here. Of course, in the same as the underlying theory, it is not specific to RoboCup, soccer or even sports, but for general multi-agent applications.
